These plans and prices apply to all appliances and can be paid monthly or yearly.

Please Note: A second appliance maintenance discount of $25.00 will be offered if that maintenance is done during the same visit.

Basic Maintenance Plan

$169.95 + HST
(Billed annually)

Residential heating, ventilation or cooling equipment

Our Basic Maintenance Plan for a heating appliance includes an annual inspection, servicing and safety check, and carbon monoxide testing. For air conditioning it includes a complete cleaning and testing and refrigerant charge. With all appliances we offer 10% off parts and labour for one year following the date of service.

Warranty Maintenance Plan

$189.95 + HST
(Billed annually)

New residential heating, ventilation or cooling equipment

For new appliances, and as an ongoing commitment to our customers, this plan includes the annual inspection, servicing and safety check, including carbon monoxide testing for heating appliances. For air conditioning it includes a complete cleaning and testing and refrigerant charge. Also included is the cost of labour to replace parts covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from the second year onward (up to a maximum of 10 years from date of install, and under the same warranty conditions as the manufacturer).

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

$249.95 + HST
(Billed annually)

Residential heating, ventilation or cooling equipment

Our premium plan offers everything in the basic plan. For heating appliances this means an inspection, servicing and safety check, and carbon monoxide testing. For air conditioning this means a complete cleaning, testing and refrigerant charge. Also included is the replacement cost of any parts not covered by the manufacturer’s parts warranty, and the cost of labour involved; during the year following the date of invoice. Not included are heat exchangers, compressors and parts that are no longer available.

There is always priority appointment booking for emergency HVAC repairs for our plan holders, as well as no limit on service calls, no deductibles, and no after hour service charges for repairs covered by the plan.
